When COVID-19 started its spread around the world, many plans fell by the wayside. Seaprog’s 2020 festival was one of those things. Once the world started returning to normal, we found that the Columbia City Theater, our home since the 2013 beginning, was no longer available. The future was very much in doubt.
After limping along for a couple of years, we’ve recruited some new members to the Central Committee and renewed our commitment to provide a showcase for creative music to the Northwest.
This new website is one part of our new journey, as we look to find ways to share our enthusiasm for music that stretches boundaries by providing forums for its performance.
We won’t be forgetting our legacy of amazing events, however, so this site will also be home to some of the memories we’ve formed while on this unpredictable journey.
